Organisations in today’s disruptive market need to constantly adapt themselves to stay competitive and remain relevant. To that end, how do organisations determine their performance problems? Will training help resolve those problems? And what types of training are needed?
This course looks at answering those questions. Students learn how to conduct Front-End Analysis and recommend solutions (both training and non-training) to help organisations resolve their performance problems. In doing so, students also learn how to collect and interpret data.
Basic knowledge in analysis of performance and instructional problems.
